Purchased the Waikiki Floral Shirt, order no. T332484, August 2, 2024 Arrived within a week, removed shirt from package and at the fold line there were two small holes, one on each side of the fold. I think that they were caused by whatever machine folds the shirt. Sent pictures and reported the problem to Customer Service at The Territory Ahead. Three emails and two calls later still no resolution from The Territory Ahead. They kept saying that the damage claim was under review. And then more stonewalling. Disputed the charge with my credit card company on September 17, 2024. Two months later the dispute was settled in my favor. The Territory Ahead does not stand behind their products when there is a problem as other reviewers have stated. They delay, stonewall waiting for the consumer to give up.

Bought a $96 shirt and it was delivered with a big hole in the right front shoulder, big enough to put three fingers through it.Sent it back the same day for one that didn’t have a hole in it. But I haven’t received the exchanged shirt yet.
