We collect customer information to improve your shopping experience, and we are committed to using it responsibly.

What information do we collect?

You may give us personal information when you create or update an account, log in, place an order, sign up for our emails or texts, or take part in a contest, promotion or survey. This may include your name, email address, billing and shipping address, payment information and phone number. You may also provide information when you post comments or reviews. If you have shopped with one of our other brands, we may also have the information you provided there. Providing personal information is your choice, though some activities require it.

How do we use this information?

Your privacy rights

Deletion. You may ask us to delete certain personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

Opt-out of sale or sharing. We may share or sell personal information to third-party marketing partners. You have the right to opt out by emailing customerservice@territoryahead.com. We will still share information in ways that are not a "sale," such as with our service providers. Your opt-out applies to the browser or device you use when you make the request, so you may need to opt out on each one. Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads.

California "Shine the Light." Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask, twice in a 12-month period, for a list of the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, and the names of those third parties.

Verifying requests. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. If you ask for specific pieces of personal information, we may ask you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the person the information is about. If an authorized agent makes a request for you, we may require your written permission and may ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

No discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. Where the law allows, we may charge a reasonable fee to fulfill a request.

Visiting from outside the U.S.

If you visit from outside the United States, you will connect to servers located in the United States. All orders are accepted, processed and shipped in the United States, and your information is kept on systems located in the United States.

SMS marketing

If you sign up for texts, we use your information to send order notifications (including abandoned checkout reminders), marketing offers and transactional messages such as review requests. Your text opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except messaging partners that operate our text program for us.
