bewildered and frustrated
I never received this item. I received two confirmations that I had paid for the item and that then it was on the way. When my package arrive this item was not included. I sent two inquiries to customer service and received no response. I finally called only to be told that the item was no longer available. Now you are asking about my satisfaction with the item? This is really a poor way to treat an up to now a faithful customer.....

I have worn it twice and twice I have received compliments from total strangers. It is a lightweight corduroy. I was expecting a shirt with more heft yet at the 50% off discounted price, I still am very pleased with the purchase.
