United StatesTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER RECEIVED ITEM
I ordered six items on November 1st for Christmas, this trouser included. One item (not this) shipped. Weeks passed without any word on the remaining shipment -- whether it was back ordered, what the new delivery date would be, nada, nada. I personally had to call around Dec 1st only to hear, for the first time, that the remaining items were all back ordered. Weird, I thought, given that I checked this trouser specifically and it said I could order the same size. No mention of back order there at all. But I wanted the item so waited. Weeks more passed. On or around Dec 16 I received a cancellation notice over e-mail saying that my items were "lost at the bottom of the sea" (what weird metaphor?) and that the items weren't available. Meanwhile I went into TA and could *still* order these pants. Nothing showed up as back ordered (nor did it the first time I checked on Dec 1st either) and nothing showed that the item was unavailable. In short, and to my eye, I could have ordered again but would have had to pay the new "sale" price of $97.00-ish dollars vs. what I originally paid on sale, which was around $48.00. To try and get my order reinstated at my original sale price, I called TA about four or five times. I was HUNG UP ON every time due to "high call volume" (never spoke to a person) and was told to write an e-mail. I did, only to hear from a bot that offered no helpful information. So I turned to "chat" and initiated more than 25 chats over a few days, only to NEVER receive even an initial "Hello, what can I help you with" message. Nothing. Just 25+ minutes of the screen blinking at me each time I tried the function. I still think the whole cancellation was a sham if I could have easily repurchased at a higher price. Regardless, TA just lost a longtime costumer. With horrible communication and customer service, I'm honestly surprised this already overpriced company isn't bankrupt.

My husband really wanted these pants in his hard to find size. They had them, I ordered them. Price was ~$65. I was charged but the order had been listed unfulfilled for weeks. Now these pants are listed over $90. That's ridiculous. Very disappointing.

The photo is a misrepresentation of the actual material which is far louder and brighter than in the photo in the catalog and online. I have spent tens of thousands on Territory Ahead clothing and love almost everything they make. But it is ridiculous that there is only 30 days to return an item and that I have to pay shipping for a misrepresentation.

These pants are silky soft and have a luxurious drape. Though they have a substantial heft, they are a cotton blend. Best of all they are machine-washable and need just a little touch up with an iron to wear. The woven Glen Plaid pattern has a crisp yet peachy finish. They will look great with a navy blazer or a camel hair sport coat. Highly recommended.
